Sauna, heat, cold exposure and breathwork can be unsuitable for people with heart or blood-pressure conditions, during pregnancy, with epilepsy or other seizure disorders, respiratory conditions, or after alcohol or certain medications. If any of these apply, please check with your doctor before joining. You can sit out any activity at any time. Guests will also be asked to sign a short waiver before the gathering.
